I read Luke’s book on Web Form Design and I thought this article was a good introduction to form design, at least on mobile devices. As a relatively new iPhone user, I find it unbelievably frustrating when a big site doesn’t have a mobile version.
Read this article and if you run a site that more than 100 people use a day, please consider “mobilizing” it.
Most business owners do not realize how easy it is to have a mobile website setup. It’s becoming vital though as more and more people are browsing the internet from their iPhone, Blackberry, Droid, etc.
